Ok so I have a little sister and I caught her masturbating numerous times. I want to tell my parents but I don't so how do I handle this and is it normal?

    Indeed don't tell.
    And yes its normal, I started at around 8, I didn't really understand what I was doing, I just knew it felt really good.

    Really? It's 2016 and you really don't know that masturbation is perfectly normal? Do you expect your folks to tie her hands behind her to make her stop? Or do you expect them to take her to an expensive psychologist who will help her stop this "strange, unusual and immoral" behavior?
