    I think it's common but that the majority of posts in the more serious categories are at least partly based on fact. I mean, it wouldn't be fun for a troll to make up a complicated, but ho-hum story that didn't get a rise out of anyone. Most trolls, even if they're trying to sound real, leave clues in the form of desperation to get a certain kind of reaction. Most of the sexually explicit, silly, random, eccentric/quirky stories are probably made up.

        OK. I'd be inclined to believe "Is it normal to have bruises that won't go away?" and comment accordingly with actual advice, if I had any, whereas "Is pooping normal?" I'd treat as a troll post (:

    My stories are made up but they reflect thoughts I was having at the time. I wouldn't sit down and purposefully create a story after story everyday just for the sake of being able to post a question. That would be taking it too far and is kind of sad. Why would it be sad, you ask? Because the reward of having instantaneous responses to your questions can create an addiction and turn you into a full-blown attention whore. Just look up social media addiction, you'll see what I mean.

      I see what you mean. So far, in my opinion, most of the questions that I have seen seem quit spontaneous.
