Is it normal to lose interest in boyfriend when separated?

My bf left on holidays two months ago. We would meet every day and we would be together most days and i was very much in love.
But after this two month break i'm really losing interest, i dont even look forward to meeting him again; i have been doing great for two months anyway.

I feel bad because he does text me everyday counting the days until we meet, (he's been doing this since 30 days) and i'm kinda like okay can't be bothered really.

I do think it's normal for this to happen, but, HOW CAN I MAKE MYSELF LOOK FORWARD TO THE MEETING DAY?

    It's normal.

This is one of the ways to differiate love from infatuation. Infatuation needs constant physical contact to thrive, while love is deeper than that.

Sadly, it sounds like you were just infatuated, and your boyfriend may have been developing deeper feelings. If you don't feel the same, end it as soon as possible before his feelings get any deeper than they already have.

How long were you two together?

If your interest and effort any point in a relationship starts to feel forced and it becomes exhausting then you need to reevaluate the whole thing. You aren't even interested in meeting him after he comes back and I understand the guilt youre feeling right now but just cut him loose if you are not into it anymore, better now than a month later.
