Is it normal to lose and gain weight oppositely
Let me explain. I am a very inactive person who barely eats anything (2 meals on a good day) but I always seem to slowly gain weight. However over the Christmas Holiday, I have been eating much more and have actually lost weight (and I haven't been moving any more than normal).
Is this a common thing or is my body just weird?
