Is it normal to look down another's woman's cleavage even though i am married?

Even though I am very happily married and my darling wife is "proportionally" endowed( size 16 dress with 40 D breast size) and she knows how her "breast charms" to maximum effect, I can not help myself looking at or down the cleavage of virtually every woman I run across.

Whether it is her friends, my post-secondary continuing education students, even my fellow church parishnors(sinful!!), I am fascinated by the "visual display". Is it simply a "breast fetish"...or could it be a signal that I looking for new opportunities to enjoy "mammary pleasures"?
