Is it normal to like someone's hair the most about them?

Is it normal to find someone (head) hair the most attractive physical attribute, and when you break up with them to feel sick thinking you will never touch their perfect beautiful hair and miss that almost more than the person themselves (even though you loved them a lot)? Btw it is longish black straight white-male hair, I am almost tearing up thinking about this, because it's actually pretty rare and I probably will never find some like that good ever again.

    The term the author is looking for is tricophilia, the love of hair. This is the second most common paraphilia amongst men, I don't know for women.

    I think that you may still love him and you miss him that is why you think about the one thing that you loved most on him, his hair. I don't think that it is a superficial "hair thing" that you have. I think that you haven't realized how much you miss him... but it is OK if you don't want to go back to him, you will get over him and his amazing hair.

      Uhh his hair is light brown and some kind bob/bowlcut last I remember? Or maybe undercut now that he's older. Not even close

    Well dark straight hair is not rare... probably only about half of the world's population have it.

    Hair is wonderful though, love running my fingers through it

      Nooo, White male hair only. It is very rare to find straight, black, long ish hair on white guys. Whenever I see some like that and it turns out to be Asian, Indian or Latino I get really disappointed. Not quite the same feel

        yes they are extremely rare indeed.... i live in a country were most people are brunettes and non of them has that shiny, healthy and thick black straight hair.

    Nothing wrong with it. One of my close female friends (and a huge flirt, very open to physical activity), has mid-back length, thick, sexy hair that I can't keep my hands off of when I'm with her. She enjoys it and eats up the attention. If she meets me after work and texts me on her way, I'll tell her "hair down", and she will. Becoming bit of a thing between us.
