Ok. Im a college student who is white. I am madly in love with a black girl. However, i come from a deeply rooted southern home where interracial relationships are taboo. How do I go about breaking the news and introducing her to my parents?
Is it normal that you're asking if it is normal to like black women . I think that's the real question .
paint. Paint her. Spray paint white paint all over her body and black paint all over yours. Then walk up to your parents and friends and go: hi! This is my new white friend. Come on! they just got cooked up under the sun a little longer. Evolutionary speaking. It's true! They just didn't move out of africa, stayed there longer while we conquered europe and stuff. The came out of it a little burned on the surface. Several centuries later. It's true! I am not making this stuff up! If a white guy went to africa, and stayed there for generations, only breeding with other white people, he would turn black within a few generations and if a black guy went to china he would become a chinese, in time. So what is the fuss all about?
We are all eventually going to turn purple anyway.

Forget your parents! You don't need them!
They're racist and will probably never accept your love. They might disown you or worse!

its normal, what you got to do is tell your parents that youre gay, and introduce some guy as your boyfriend, then tell them its a joke and show them the girl youre dating, i assure you, they'll be relieved
Black is beautiful! Why not? I'm a white middle aged guy with several relatives and many friends who are black. I guess maybe I have a sort of reverse predjudice becase I actually think white is a boring color and for business and leisure I like to go places where I'm likely to find a healthy mix of the various elements of our society.
To thine ownself be true. If you love a black woman, go for it.
If your family can't accept this girl, they are the ones really missing out. Besides, attitudes in society today are changing and mixed marriages/relationships are much more acceptable than they used to be. You may be pleasantly surprised by their reaction. Good luck!
hi i know its hard and the decision making must be hurtful, it is ok to love a black woman she is a woman and human not otherwise. am black and i know most white guys have that inhibition but if you love her you will take her to your parents and stick by your decision to be with. i dont think you fell in love with her colour but the person she is and how she makes you feel,colour is just a clothing and it is offensive to look at it then claim you are madly in love with her. cant blame it is not easy. its hard to find what you feel for her and you have cherish it if she is worth it. its your life and your future not your parents they would live with the white woman they want for you will. hope you make a wise thought one that makes you be happy at heart. good luck.

you know what, this is normal. its normal to be attracted to a human! but when you tell your parents, tell them confidently so that they know your serious and even if at first they are kinda surprised at you, eventually they will come around.
I watched this documentary that was based on interaccial couples and there was this one couple where the girl was white and she had a black boyfriend. At first, her father was completely against it but he eventually came around.
