I just finished high school and am a supervisor at the food stand I work in and I'm starting to like one of my subordinates that began working here about two months ago. She's 15 (and a half) and I'm 18. It's not just physical either, I really like her as a person.

I'm wary of "age is just a number" arguments on here, mostly because people have used them to justify crushes on 8 year olds (it's a sick sad world- 10 points for anyone who gets the reference).
In this case, your age difference is only a few years, and you're probably about at the same stage in life, so I see absolutely nothing wrong with this.
I don't know what country you live in, but statutory rape laws might apply, unfortunately. If that's the case, make sure you meet her parents. Otherwise you risk someone objecting to your relationship and getting you in legal hot water. You don't want to be registered as a sex offender.

I dont see a problem eith it but if she likes you back make sure you talk to the parents and take action to protect yourself otherwisw even uf it was a month underage its a serioys no no legally
Check the "age of consent"/"statutory rape" rules in your country before you consummate your love. Other than that, go for it - 2.5 years is nothing.

Why not? Its possible you may have found the love of your life. Its also possible you'll end up convicted of statutory rape and be a registered sex offender for the rest of your life. But with true love on the line its probly a great idea to roll the dice and see what happens.
