Ok before you skip this question there's this guy i like who's quite older then me. He's 9 years older then me and we've known each other for quite sometime and we've managed to chat on skype and i've had a fun time talking to him and he's really sweet. He's not a pervert or anything, he's a mature, kind man who doesn't judge people at all. But i've had weird dreams about him where we like.....make out and stuff....im not entirely embarrassed by this but i just wanted to know if this is okay?

You are headed down a very dangerous road. If you were an adult then the answer to your question would be a resounding yes; perfectly OK.
But, you are obviously a very immature child with no common sense or awareness of the dangers this man poses, so the answer is ABSOLUTELY NOT OK.

        Just about everyone I talk to here is younger than me so I suppose it is ok, but they'll never know what it's like to walk 27 miles uphill through 3 feet of snow to and from the one room schoolhouse everyday with a hot potato in my pocket for warmth.

Gluq!!! What is going on? How come you are not a free child with 15? Obviously is normal if your parents do not allow you do be out till late hour's or to far from home.
With your age I allowed my son to be out for dinner with friends at least till 22pm. As long as I new were he was of course but I'm sure he lied to me once in a wile.:) Normal, I did the same to mum. I allowed him to stay with friends during weekends and after I talked with their parents and his friends stayed here once in a wile.
Don't you never go on a holiday trip with friends somewere as long as their is an adult?
I live in the south of Europe and things here are a bit different. How could I ask my son to be at home during high season with 30º in the evening? No way I could keep him inside.

Do you know the rules of england? if your not in england you clearly dont know anything. i have strict rules and i was never let outside after dark, which i was okay with. i dont have alot of friends who love me so im literally stuck at home all day. i cant date a guy who lives miles away from me and double my god damn age! im not a desperate slut!
