Last time I masturbated it took me approximately 2 hours to climax, I'm a male, I've heard that it usually takes around 20 minutes to orgasm during masturbation. Sometimes it's even a chore, considering it can hurt my wrist.

Could I possibly be giving myself carpal tunnel?

    Are you using any sort of aide? Porn, lubricant, etc? How often do you try it? Any past history of abuse? Do you last as long in actual intercourse?

      I don't have any past history of abuse, I use porn, and I'm still a virgin. I could be de-sensitizing myself from masturbating too much?

        You could try laying off foot a week or so, but this is most likely psychological. Try to incorporate foreplay into your routine (yes with yourself) and maybe read some literary porn.

      If it takes you 2 minutes to climax you have a condition called premature-ejaculation, the opposite of delayed ejaculation.

    Here is some shit to try.

    -lubricant
    -different porn
    -contracting your pelvic muscles periodically while you fap
    -increasing the volume on your porn
    -increasing the brightness on your porn
    -blot out all distractions by making the room as dark as possible and using headphones to block out outside noise.
    -try to build up sexual tension throughout the day by looking at your share of nice women and thinking about fucking them.

    Also it would be incredibly helpful to know your age and also how frequently you do indeed masterbate. If your older its less concerning than if your younger. If you try more often that could be causing it to take so long.

        3 times a day is a lot for anyone, and it also takes you 2 hours each time. So you spend 6 hours a day playing with your penis?

    Do u take any meds? certain meds can interfere with sex drive and orgasms(antidepressants, antipsychotics, beta blockers etc)
