Is it normal to know a feeling is wrong but still feel it?

I have this weird thing where I feel that ugly women do not have the right to talk. I know this is completely wrong, In the back of my mind there's a voice that says "why are you even talking"

That's just my personal example but is this sort of thing common?

You can change this if you want to, just make up a phrase which opposes that thought, for example, "She has the right to speak, she has the right to speak just as I do".

Practise it until it becomes automatic to think that rather than the hateful thought.

I've never thought that, but it is wrong. But of course everyone thinks different and as long as it doesn't hurt anyone or that you dont tell woman that dont have rights, i guess its ok.

Lol, that's misogynistic even for me. I might feel that way if I was in the middle studying or focusing on something important, but if that's not the case you might be due for some introspection.
