Is it normal to keep a fapping log on a spreadsheet?

I literally have an Excel spreadsheet where I keep a log of each time I've wanked off. It has the next format:

DATE - TIME - SUBJECT - ANAL STIMULATION - INTENSITY

Where subject is what I fapped to, anal stimulation is whether I did stimulate my anus or not, and where intensity is the a rating from 1 to 10 for the intensity of my orgasm.

Why I keep track of this? No idea.

    I don't have such an Excel file myself. I don't think the disk space on my computer is large enough.

    you should also keep tracka stuff like the moon phases and vegetable intake to see of theres any weird correlations

    get enough data points and you should be able to make a graph

    I think that’s kinda neat. It’s valuable data which I’m sure some university professor somewhere would find valuable. It may also be good for self discovery.
