Is it normal to have very strange urges

Well me my friend my sister and her friend were sitting in my sisters room I seen my sisters friend move her arm and uncontrollably I said "soo who's going to let me break there arm" and I was being completely serious.
Another time m and my friends were eating lunch i asked if anyone wanted to move, One of my friends replied "yeah sure" and I then said(uncontrollably again) ok make sure your out of your house by ten and I'll burn it down" he told me he's good so obviously I didn't do it.. But mainly I'm always wanting to do something strange like I bet someone I would jump 5stories off of a building once and I don't know why.. Or I'll say things and only realize I've even said it till after or someone says something about it..

    Just try to get it under control. It may be normal for a teenager to say random stupid stuff and people might shrug it off, but if an adult does it, they'll alienate people.

    I think it is normal. But you were not serious though. If you were serious, you would have actually tried to break her arm/burn down the house/jump off of the building...

    Just think before you say stuff. I used to say stupid stuff when I was younger which I seemingly couldn't help saying, but I just had to monitor what I was saying reeaaallllllyyyy closely
