Is it normal to have thousands of baby spiders living in your bedroom unaware

My friend found out when we woke up from a sleepover that their were cobwebs all around her bedroom when we were cleaning her room, then we found a jack pot of baby spiders in a pile it was a challenge to clean her room. So gross I personally don't think this is normal.

Correct me if I'm wrong but spiders normally have A LOT of babies. Like hundreds to thousands. If that is the case, this doesn't out of the ordinary to me.

Probably the lot hatched out of an egg sack left there...

Ideally that should happen outside. I'd rather not have spiders breeding in my house.

Well it's really not all that uncommon to find a spider in anyone's home. And one spider can lay an egg sack with hundreds of babies at once. So really, it's probably not as uncommon as you think.

She probably kept them as pets and now you killed them all.

It means her room is very filthy. If you have spiders breeding in a room that means they are able to survive in that environment. So the condition of the room must have been in horrible.

Her room probobly had a lot of insects which was attracting spiders that had been breeding in her room. Spiders like to stay in areas like garages and abandoned areas since they are not often disturbed if they do decide to and that are insulated should not generally get a ton of spiders.

However you might get a few depending on the weather since spiders and insects come in to your house when they feel it has a better climate. If you have a ton of one type of insect or spiders it mean there is a nest. If your area is clean I do not think it is very likely you would get a nest.

Insects come in to hide from the weather but they are also attracted to water, moisture and old food. If you have plants and trees around you it might create a lot of habitat for spiders and insects. So most people with things like gardens will spray for this.

I have lived in houses with gardens outside and it ended with a lot of bugs coming it because of it. No matter how clean the house was.Sorry I know my first comment seemed scrabbled and everywhere. I hope this makes more sense.

    Cute.

Baby spiders are better than baby roaches.

I'm going to have to say no.

A relative once opened a library book and thousands of spiders ran out of it.

Many years ago, we found a curious black lump in the corner at the bottom stair. We did think much of it and it stayed in that spot for a very long time... One day, my mother tried to sweep it away, the minute the broom hit it the lump broke and millions of little spiders ran out of it! I am so glad I didn't witness that. O_0

In a case like that (this) I really think people should try to be more aware of what "things" are in their homes. Your friends should get a carnivorous plant like the Venus Fly Trap to have as a form of defense against them.

L0L I gone to my cousins' house a few months ago, and there were spiders crawling all over his ceiling. They were MASSIVE! I don't know how they could sleep in their room with spiders hanging above their beds! I grabbed one of the bows hanging on their door nail and I shot one with an arrow and killed it.

If it bothers you or your friend, just use a bottle of spider spray in your house from time to time. In my old house in France we had that problem at the start, but after 2 or 3 years of spider spray every three or four months it is gone, and hasn't come back since 7 years. I hope this can help you.

Eeeek! I have tons of spiders in my house! They're freaky... I was in the shower and two long legs where fighting in that tight space. I was so close to them.

I also woke up with spiders crawling on my bed.
