Is it normal to have thoughts about another man's hands?

Hi guys,

I am wondering... Is it normal to obsess over another man's hands?

I am a relatively successful, youngish guy and I find myself in the position of competing for a promotion right now. The dude I'm competing against has been pretty snotty to me in the past, calling me sweaty and awkward because I like to drink a lot of water and that's interfered with a few big jobs I've had in the past.

Recently I've been trying to get under his skin but I find myself unable to do so, and what's worse, I keep focusing on his physical attributes which makes me look like a total creep because I'm noticing very intricate things about him... One things that's come from this though is a nonstop thought train focused on his hands.

Like... Literally... The other day I was talking to a group of my buddies and all I could talk about was his hands. I ended up randomly insinuating that they're somehow associated with his penis and I just ?????????

I feel so lost. Please help.
