Is it normal to have these lumps in my leg?

I've noticed I have these two lumps on my right leg. They are under the skin, sort of to the right of my hip on my upper thigh. You can't see them, but I can feel them under the skin, probably about the size of a dime, although one is a little smaller. They aren't extremely painful, but they feel a little tender (only when touched).
What are they?? Are they something really bad?

They may be lipomas, which are not harmful, but you really need to see a doctor, especially if they are changing rapidly. Not even a doctor could diagnose this from the info you've given; you need to be seen.

Could be cysts. But I wouldn't suggest trying to drain them yourself. Schedule an appointment with your doctor.
