Is it normal to have sexual fantasies about my own characters?

When I was 19 I wrote a murder mystery. One of the main characters has a lot of chemistry with her boyfriend I think (well, I think they are a cute couple) and I had sexual fantasies about them.

Honestly though, I feel like such a huge pervert. They are my characters. Yikes.

Or is it actually normal? It seems creepy to me somehow.

    Chill out. It's not creepy. I too have a whole world of original characters and they b gettin frisky all da time just like real ppl might: it's totally nbd..
