My relationship might be over. Were giving each other space right now I suppose but I look at it as either break up or make up. But considering how he is especially at this rate and stage things are not going to get better. Its sad but I do have hope well get back together when the time is right. However, when were just dating we used to have sex all the time like three times a day it was the best. Then in the end (which might be a part of why were rocky) we just stopped. We just started doing other things besides sex which I thought was a good thing but he made it clear that he's a young guy who wants sex so he opened up that he was having problems about not having sex. Well now that were about to be over I kinda just wanna wrap it up figuratively and literally and have sex and end it. Have that good amazing sex we used to have. You know it's like makeup sex except were not gonna get back together. Its just been so long that I think were both horny and having sex wouldn't hurt. Plus it would be a good way to end it with the memory of our great sex.Is this a good idea or not? Is it normal?

    And this is why your relationship has failed.

    Because of sex. Enjoy it if you want, but your boyfriend should want to be with you besides the sex.

    He just unfornately sounds like another horny dog.

    If you want to try and change his mind you can :) Social love is what will make a relationship last. Good luck.

    Most of the time it's not such a great idea but it can work.

    I had a relationship where the sex was great but the r/ship ended for other reasons. We didn't part on very good terms and things were very tense between us. Then she got together with a friend of mine (which made things even worse) but after a year they broke up.

    One of the reasons they broke up was that like me, she had a very high sex drive, but he didn't.

    We caught up one night and had decided to have one night of great sex with each other again. It was a way of saying goodbye to each other and a way of having make up sex with out getting back together.

    It was great! She met a new partner soon after our night of passion, and within a few months I did too.

    I think it can only work if both people know it's for one night and there's no chance of getting back together.

      We did have sex. Seriously I think God spoiled me because he also ate me out. It was perfect. I was like I cant believe this is happenin .

      yeah perhaps I can seduce him and just go with it afterall, hes not going to reject me. If he does, then well yeah we have a problem and well just end it there. But knowing him and how sex history, we'll end up doing it and like you said, know that its the last time (maybe for now)

      Yes thank you. Honestly I never heard of break up sex but based on that article, the first entry where it says its okay to do it I think applies the most for us fortunately. BTW, we did have sex and it was amazing like it always was and then on top of that he ate me out. I felt like I was getting spoiled and it felt great. Our break up was first initiated by him but then it became mutual. We were being affectionate but he made the move and I of course went with it. So the whole thing was mutual, he was so into it and so was I. Like I said, I hope we eventually get back together and this was just for him to realize he still has feelings for me
