Is it normal to have really bad firey diarrhea after a crawfish boil?

Yesterday I met up with a group of friends and ate at least 3lbs of crawfish by myself. Does everyone shit like a goose the day after or is it just me?

    It's normal. I've seen quite a few people react to it that way, though some have had constipation instead of diarrhea. As long as you're not eating it all the time, you'll be fine.
