Is it normal to have random urges like throwing your cell phone out the window?

Sometimes when i am driving down the road i have the most random craziest urge to throw my cell phone out the window(especially when im on a bridge) haha. Does anyone else have this urge? Is it normal?!

    No, don't do it...if another car is near you and your object hits that car and causes that car to be in danger (or they just get really pissed and call the cops on you), then you are legally liable and its considered a misdemeanor....
