Is it normal to have occasional feelings of anxiety and uneasiness?

Sometimes when I'm in my bedroom, I'll get a sudden feeling of anxiety and uneasiness for no apparent reason. I'll have a chill down my spine too. It's like I'm never the only being in here. IIN?

I think there'd be ghosts among me.

Light candles - chant Latin - salt the room. Abolish the spirits.

However, from my expertise, a more logical explanation is in order. The psychological feelings are likely resulting from a form of anxiety. It may be a paranoid form. Anxiety tends to come on suddenly and often randomly. Anxiety disorders usually increase heart rate as well.

Well, it sounds like ghosts to me. Spirits get a thrill out of negative reactions from humans. They like the scare people and they feed off of it. They probably think it's hilarious how anxious you get when they're around so they continue to do it. Of course, if you want to approach it from a scientific standpoint, maybe you're just working yourself up? Maybe there isn't anything truly there, but your sub conscious is just screwing around with you, because when you lie in your bed you expect to feel anxious, so it just happens? If that even makes any sense at all.
