I have never masterbated and now in my 30's I realize I have never had an orgasm. Sex feels good once in awhile, but I have never really released. Is this the cause of never masterbating? Yes for you agree, No if you don't.

    I have heard it's easier for women who do masturbate. Why don't you try it? It can help you learn about what works for you. Some women require clitoral stimulation to orgasm, for example.
