Is it normal to have mental break downs everyday?

I was diagnosed with Sever Anxiety, Major Depression, anxiety attacks & PTSD.
I’ve been such an emotional wreck, but no worries I’m getting help now!
It’s just still horrible..
I have so much stress on my shoulders I feel as if I’m the only one. Is it just me? Or are there people out there that’s in some aspects?

You're not alone in this situation; I'm very depressed, anxious and have BPD and I constantly feel like I am alone to cope with everything.

If you are getting help and you're still feeling a crushing sense of stress like this, find a way to incorporate these feelings into whatever you're doing (if that's possible). If not, consider therapy, it'll provide you with lots of means to help cope with these feelings in future situations.

      wise words from hungDaddy.

In all seriousness though, you're not alone. Try a support system like seven cups. It's a forum where people who struggle with mental health can come together and give advice! Trained therapists are there too, and you can do your own guided meditations that come with the app. It might help.

I can't do much to help but I can tell you that I know that you're not the only one.

Would you like to come and live up a mountain with me (must be a food store nearby).
You are not alone and life is a continual struggle for most people.

I wouldn't say having a breakdown everyday is normal, but it's probably very common if you are in crisis, especially considering your many co-occuring diagnoses.
