Is it normal to have hunger pains that dont go away?

No matter what I eat I keep feeling hungry. I not sure why. Its starting to give me a headache and I not sure how to make the hunger go away.

    It could be a side effect of medication. Or you could have an overactive thyroid or maybe a tapeworm. Go and see a doctor.

    I get them a lot too but it's from medication I'm taking :/
