    It's your step brother not a direct blood relative.It would have been definitely wrong if it was your brother.I would suggest you don't do anything tho.Don't act on it.Your attraction is normal,but I bet you could get rid of it by focusing your attention on some other guy you can find.You said you are attracted to him,not that you love him like no other and stuff like that.
