So I had these romantic feelings for a Indian guy I met on Facebook and we were thinking of getting married one day but then I thought he was mad at me when he actually wasn't and I ended up not having feelings for him. He's ok with us being friends though. IIN?
You were caught up in infatuation. Infatuation can disappear suddenly/gradually or turn into genuine love with time and getting to know/accept your partner. It's why we shouldn't make big decisions during the "I feel so in love with you!!!!!," stage, because how could you love someone you hardly know?

I was in a long distance relationship for over a year and it didn't work out. We aren't talking now (her choice). I feel devastated.

Yeah. I'll admit it was silly. For the most part I don't believe in online relationships. I guess I was just crushing real bad. It's possible that's all it was.
At least you have made a good choice and realised your mistake, try to make friends outside and get into speaking to more people on the streets and maybe you will find out that the love of your life could be living a few blocks away from you!
