Is it normal to have crushes on other people when in a committed relationship?

I have been in a committed relationship with my boyfriend for almost two years now. I love him so much and he really makes me so happy, but throughout our whole relationship I have always had little crushes on other guys. I'll think about them and sometimes dream about them. Is that normal? I'm definitely not bored with him or our relationship and I have never and would never cheat on my boyfriend ever but sometimes I'll kind of fantasize about it and subtlety flirt with other guys. Is that normal? or weird? advice?

    I don't see the problem in fantasizing about it occasionally. Just don't flirt with guys intentionally anymore and don't take the fantasies seriously. That is, don't become infatuated (or develop crushes) with guys you think about sexually.

    You could think of it like porn if you want. If you've ever watched porn, you're there for the show, you're not watching it because you have romantic feelings for those people.

    I was like this, it was because of deep Insecurities. Really it is, i've always been terrified of commitment but had long relationships and wasn't bored with my partner. It's strange as hell, but that might be you too?

      Yeah actually that does sound a lot like me. I've always been weary to ever really commit to any relationship until I started dating my current boyfriend. I've never really thought about it until now.

    Well you can't control those kind of feelings, so I'd say it's normal as long as you don't like those guys more than your bf, or try to cheat on him.
