Is it normal to have compassion fatigue from modern style news reporting.

This growing trend to flood daily news with unverified reports and video disturbs me.

And I don't respond well to being told who is evil, and what is right. Is it too much to ask for more accurate verifiable balanced information, and then to be allowed to decide for myself who is evil and what is bad?

When all the media start singing from the same hymn book I start to tune out. I find their hysteria just leaves me apathetic or paranoid.

  • Well ofcourse, that's your natural instinct telling you something is wrong.

Every news cast, every law, every taboo, every trend, every ideal, is constructed in each generation by a tiny group of elite to maintain order and control. To save them from the mob should it ever become realised by the public consciousness.

Why do you think we have opposing political parties? Because if we were all on the same side we would see that it's all fake and go beserk, I'm talking "end of days" beserk.

I can't watch the news for that reason. It's disturbing to see the people around you get all bent out of shape over things they see on the news

It is like a trashy gossip magazine is the standard not reporting. You're normal.
