Is it normal to have an orgasm in your ear?

So, I know the title seems a little weird. But whenever I clean my ears out with q-tip I get a sensation in the back of my ear that is sort of like the feeling of having an orgasm but it's inside my ear. Even if I'm not cleaning them, I stick a bobby pin (the shorter, smaller ones) in my ear and rub it on the sides inside my ear. It actually feels really good and it just feels like what an orgasm feels like. It does seem super weird but I can't be the only one who was this happen. Is it normal?
