Is it normal to have an extreamly high sex drive?

I am a female, and my whole life I've had an extremely high sex drive. I could literally have sex twice and day and be completely satisfied. I've been with the same person for a year and a half and I find our sexual level completely differ. He could "care less" while I constantly try to find new ways to spark up our sex to more than once weekly or once Bi weekly. I love him so much and really feel like we will be married one day, but honestly I either need to find new ways or just deal with that fact that this is how it is. Is this normal? Trick, tips and advice are extremely welcome.

    Well you didn't mention ages, but usually guys can't get enough if they are maybe under 40-45. I know that when I hit 50ish, sex was no longer the most important thing on my mind. If he is like 28-40 if he could care less, then you might become the detective you never did. Is he seeing anyone else, is he doing drugs, or on the other hand-does he have erectile dysfunction ?
    He's not caught up on an ex and maybe misses her ? It sounds to me that you both need to sit down and open up the conversation and have a "anything goes" free for all to say what's on your mind. But on the other hand - there are people who could for the most part, give a rats ass about sex. Just no real interest in it whatsoever.

    If he could care less,then dump him,and find somebody else. I am in my late 40's and I can fuck all day and all night

    I relate to this in every way. I decided it would be shallow to give up on someone who has so much to offer, aside from a sex drive. So either I take advantage of him or I fuck myself. I've gotten really good at fucking myself.
