Only if you drive badly.
If you drive like a noob, it's a decent thing to warn other drivers like that.
If you drive well, then you're just shaming yourself.
Im going to sound so dumb, but what's a noob? Everyone says it abd I have no clue what it means lol.
noob = newbie = someone who is inexperienced / bad at something.
You just asked a noob question.
The internet has that effect on language.
Similar to how "LOL" has become "LULZ", "newbie" has become "newb", and ultimately transformed into "noob".
Urban dictionary points out an interesting difference in that 'Newbs' and are simply inexperienced at present, while 'Noobs' ultimately don't learn/improve and remain at their amateur skill level.
I.E. A noob does not necessarily have to be new (as in newb) but still acts/plays like he is.

<a href="http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=noob" rel="nofollow">http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=...</a>
In this situation, the OP may not necessarily be inexperienced at driving, but if he still drives like an inexperienced driver, that would make him a noob.
Well it is normal here if you are on your Learners licence. By law we had to have "L" plates displayed on the front and back windows until we upgraded.
I dreaded the "Loser" plates because other drivers would often drift away from you and avoid you like the plague.
