Is it normal to have a short frenulum?

So I am uncut and I have a short/tight frenulum. I am fully able to retract my foreskin but the frenulum turns white and starts hurting a bit - I fear it may break during some hardcore sexual intercourse, but I'd rather avoid any kind of operation down there

    My ex had a tight one and it squeezed him spontaneously one time and he had to get it fixed..niptucked it and he was okay.

    It might break. Mine did. I was having too much fun to care about it. It's all good now, didn't hurt too badly.
