Is it normal to have a sharp sensation in my fingers when feeling anxious?

Every time I see or hear something that makes me feel anxious, I can feel a sharp tingling sensation coming from the base of my shoulders, through my arms and it sorts of "bursts" in my fingers. IIN?

You have paresthesia. I also have it, but I wouldn't call it normal. The best way to get rid of this feeling is by exercising enough to sweat a lot.

When I get anxious my hands go numb, starts to affect the face if serious. I don't think it's normal though.

this is likely the stress of the situation combined with what you're already subjected to, such as harm from cell phones and/or toxins in food (HFCS, GMOs, gluten, etc) and/or fluoride in toothpaste/water.. poisons from fragrances in soaps/detergents/shampoos/etc, air pollution you're breathing, mercury in tooth fillings, BPAs... The list goes on and on.

The reason I think so, is bcuz I'd been subjected to these same things my entire life and learning about them i avoid them at all costs and I don't have such weird and random pains and discomforts anymore.

I dunno how "normal" it is but I get roughly the same thing.
