Is it normal to have a "normal looking" bump on your back for a long time ?

So apparentl i have this bump on my back. It looks no different than my ordinary skin but its ..a bump.
.All according to my boyfriend.

Its oval-ish, he says.

He told me i had it since he met me, which was about a year and a month ago.

I dont think i noticed it then. At the time, when he first told me, i felt it and dismissed it as a headless pimple. So i left it alone and then forgot about it.

He just brought it up about 5 minutes ago.

Anyway should i be worried? Is this normal?

    It could be a tumour. Please see a doctor.

    It's probably a cyst. Lots of people get them and they are not the same thing as a pimple. You will have to have your doctor deal with it. It will most likely get larger with time. I've never had one, but I've heard they can become quite painful.
