Im a student and i live pretty far from my school, so when I ask my mom to drive me to or from school during times that the school bus isn't available, she is always mad at me for wasting the petrol. She gets angrier if I had one or two friends (they live near my house) asking to give them a ride home,and always scold me for accepting their requests. But my friends were always ok with giving me a ride, unlike my mother.
It's not normal for her to be angry when you can't use the bus. It's her responsibility to provide you a way to go to and from school.
It's normal. You're Jewish, right? Don't be ashamed!!
P.S. - it's called "gas" not "petrol"... leave whatever backward pussy-ass country you live in and join the rest of civilization.
Have you tried talking to her about her behavior? If it's bothering you, you should in my opinion.
Go to a school that is closer to your home. By the way, please define "pretty far".
The petrol is probably just an excuse, she wants to be accountable for the expenses you make. Riding the bus is not so bad until you get a license, a car and a part time job to pay for it.
