I recently earned my Masters Degree in a technology field. And have interviewed at a few places. The interview process has been extremely difficult.

One place:
Post Interview
Pre-Test
Phone Interview with 2 people
Face-to-Face Interview with 2 people

Another place:
Round table Interview with 8 People and one Person on the phone all asking me questions

Another place:
A 3 phase interview process, 2 hours each phase
1 Interview with one person
1 Interview with two people
1 Interview with 5 people

Is this Normal?
