There are so many reasons to hate cops. Even if you're not doing anything wrong, they're usually assholes.

The police are often douches. When I meet a douchebag cop, much like any other person that is a douchebag, I have the inclination to strike them. If you just hate the police entirely, blindly and persistently, that is stereotyping, and that is not normal. It is just as bad as racism.

The police stereotype themselves. I'm white and I used to live in a black neighborhood. To them I was looking for drugs. I don't do drugs. One time I was walking with a black girl. They thought she was a prostitute and I was her john. But its funny as hell when I always checked out which made them look stupid as hell.

The Police Department... destination of playground bullies, jocks, and other head cases out to push people around and to overcompensate for colossal personal insecurities. Carrying a gun and being in a sanctioned gang. How cool! Better than the Mafia.

I love the police. One time when I wasn't home, I guess I didn't shut the door well enough. It blew open. The neighbors called the police since it wasn't normal for my house. When I got home it looked like the whole swat team was in and about my house with guns drawn. My house was fine. Nothing taken. Just my pride because I didn't shut the door correctly.
My take is, what do you have against them if you have done nothing wrong? Too many haters. Do you realize what they have to deal with every day? I'm glad they are roaming my streets. Drive by's are in my neighborhood.

I fucking hate police. At least the ones in my area. I use to prank call them all the time when I was little. They said if I did it anymore they would put my mom in jail so I did it one more time and nothing happened. And when ever Im on an airplane and its about to take off I call them and then hang up >:)

I am pissed off at everyone except randomjelly and squeal. The police are here to help my father is a police officer when I was a child I loved telling my friends about his cool job in the drug deparment. Have fun all you drug addicts.

never any need for police, they just make things worse and will drum up charges on you when YOU are the one who called the cops to help you. they lie, manipulate, trick, and think they are above the law, breaking laws left and right, use excessive force on defenseless people who have already surrendered like it's nothing beating a person senseless, assume everyone is guilty until proven innocent (which many of my innocent friends have found out when they were tackled, and/or held for hours on mistaken identity or "suspicious" behavior, left my friend stranded on a road in the middle of nowhere after taking the innocent driver of the car with his keys on mistaken identity), and they are just plain mean dicks whether or not you even did anything wrong. fuck the police
