Is it normal to hate the feeling of yarn and glue? like stuck on your fingers?

Omg in elementary school when we would do art projects and we had paste getting stuck on our fingers and then the yarn would unravel and little pieces of the hair from the yarn would stick to the glue ..
UGHHHH it makes me crazy!!!!! anyone else hate that?
