Is it normal to hate sugar cones/ice cream cones/waffle cones/wafer cones?

First off, I have a huge love for ice cream. Despite that, I absolutely *HATE* ice creams cones. It's not that they taste bad. I just don't like the taste; something about its taste just bothers me. So guys, is it normal to dislike the taste of ice cream cones? I've honestly never met anyone who dislikes the taste of ice cream cones.

EDIT: Yes, I know there are other types of cones. I failed to mentioned those. I do not like wafer cones, nor do I like waffle cones.

    Yes. I think they are gross and unless they have a lot of ice cream left in them, I will toss it instead of eating it. I think of them only as a utensil to hold the part that I like best; ice cream.

    I think waffle cones are pretty fantastic though.

      For a second there, I almost fell in love with you. Almost, haha. Waffle cones aren't bad, but I just don't really like them. Never can like the taste. My feelings towards cones in general are like my feelings towards raisins; the taste isn't bad or awful, I just can't build a sort of liking to it. :/

        Actually, I've only ever had one waffle cone and it was freshly made. It reminded me of some pressed Swiss sugar cookies my friend used to make for me when we were kids. It tasted sweet and toasty, way better than a sugar cone.

    Alot of cones are very tasteless like paper but there are cones i can like tho I think its just a matter of taste like .. I dont like any Pasta - Spaghetti Macaroni Bami - i only like them covered in alot of sauce

    There are many cones my friend. I don't really like sugar cones but I LOVE wafer cones, flat bottom to be precise. Waffle cones are OK I suppose but then there the cookie ones and the chocolate cookie ones. Ya....I like ice cream and stuff ok

      Well, I guess my only exception would be those Nestle drumsticks. That's about it though.
