I hate the Harry Potter series along with other magical book series. But harry Potter is at the top of that hate list. So far everyone else likes it, but I just think there's something wrong with them to like something so long, boring and stupid.
I enjoy the books and films. I normally only go for "bedtime reading" but the HPs are books that I'll read all day the day they are released until I finally finish.
Harry Potter is actually great. I'm so sick of people hating anything popular just to sound cool. I mean if that is really how you feel about it that's fine, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but to make a post about it... Really? That's weak.
I doubt he's doing it to "sound cool", it's what he thinks and he wants to know if it's normal.
And i agree with him, Harry Potter is overrated.

I am a massive HP fan, but I think it's really sad that so many HP fans don't respect other people's opinions and always try to shove their views down your throat. And their obsession with hating Twilight is ridiculous. Jealous, much? Who cares if the films got more awards?

I never watched any of the movies or read any of the books, it's just not my thing. The only thing Harry Potter I've tried was the lego Harry Potter game cause of the humour the lego games have.
