Is it normal to hate ghetto people

I will be honest. Ghetto people are comedy, to acually seem them make a fool of themselves in public is hilarious. For ex "a wanna be gangsta walking down the street with 5 layers of basketball shorts on nd yet you can still see his ass nd he got metal in his mouth so he cant speak properly. That shit has me rollin

Its bad... i get it. I am black, 30 and i am a sales exec. During the day its always suit and tie. After 5, it might be basketball shorts and a T shirt and a fitted cap. The thing is, even though i grew up around ghetto people, my family was not going for it plus i always was into writing and grammar so the hood talk never appealed to me. Anyway, I hate it when i walk into a shoe store and the associate says to the white guy "thank you sir have a nice day." Then he looks at me and says " ey my mans... wheneva you ready...holla at me." I always call then on that and they look at me like where the hell did Carlton from the Fresh Prince of Bell Air come from? Its just a pet peeve of mine.

Can a white person shed light on the white guys and some girls as well that try and act black? I have a freind who i started out HATING that does it. He just grew up around it and does not like being white. It costs him though because he is realloy smart but because he tries to look like a gangsta, jobs are tough for him to get...

It is very normal.
The Ebonics.
The loudness.
The several different baby daddy's.
The being proud of not being educated.
The several different baby mom's.
The not wanting more out of life.
The allowing your children to behave badly.
Ghetto comes in a rainbow of color.
All ignorant.

Judging someone based on what they wear is pretty shallow...and incredibly ignorant...don't go there.

However as for the type of attitude your talking about, I know all too well and yes I hate that, ppl who get loud and obnoxious in public, and always wanna try to play the role of a thug in situations where its totally uncalled for, rdy to fight a person for anything always..talking like you have no sense at all..yeah..annoying.

I'm black too btw so don't associate the word "ghetto" with black...like I know some of you do...and are doing now....that too is equally ignorant, so maybe you should dislike yourself just as much?..(to the ones doing that)

I think ghetto people know that mainstream people look down on them, but they don't care. They like being self-separated from the rest of society. They cling to unrealistic expectations.
It must be pretty agonizing at the age of 20 to know that if you persist in the g culture that, provided you don't get murdered, your expectation is for a lifetime of deprivation, poverty and depression.

Yeah I agree, I myself am part black and I'm not saying it's only black people that are ghetto..but I often find that these ghetto people are just a tad too proud of themselves and dress in clothes that say 'diva' or 'cute' and stuff like that. It just makes them look even more ghetto and it kinda aggravates me..

I loved the saggers when I was a po po. When they ran they only made it about 10 feet before their pants dropped and they bit the dirt. Easy snag.
