Is it normal to hate eating?

So I weigh 365lbs. I was a Premmie, I used to be on Steroids and etc. Once I stopped taking that, I initially hated food but then I started to accept it. About a good 9 years ago, I stopped eating breakfast and 4 years ago I just started to hate food and hate eating. I'd rather just Drink Milk & Cranberry Juice all day w/ a side of Ensure or Slimfast. Like I'll eat if my sugar starts to drop or my iron is too low. However, I don't see it as a necessity and I'm gaining weight cause of it. My doctor asked me to keep a food diary, they saw it and said my eating doesn't match my weight and did NOTHING about it. I don't know I just find it weird and would like answers on it.
