so i pretty much hate christmas music and all that 'fuzzy warm' bullshit. although my family is christian, im not. i still partake in the gifting though...i feel as though im participating in something that i dont want or deserve to participate in, even though i like getting free stuff

Christmas is more like a cultural norm now, if anything. There are even Christians out there that do not celebrate the religious aspect of it. To most people, it's either the time of the year in which they will tolerate their relatives, donate to charity, go out and splunge out their commercially fuled materialistic desires or all 3/a combination of the 3. It's more about buying sh*t now if anything.
I vote normal.

Never celebrated it myself as a kid I was brought up believing it was a demonic holiday according to what my now obviously fanatical Christian parent had to say about it now you get gifts for just about anything people can make an excuse to ask for gifts because of...so I say normal in fact you're damn weird if that isn't number one for why you even give a damn about Christmas... #Pessimist
Well, I have never liked christmas in the first place. My dad has always been a troll in christmas. There was never a santa claus in the first place, he just used to tell me that if I was good there was going to be a gift, or coal if I was bad. I have no idea how much effort he used to always gift me an actual lump of coal. 17 lumps of coal later, he actually give me a gift...a gift card.
On the other hand, I love christmas jazz, It's great.
Christmas is mostly about family for me i think ill place gifts on a 3rd place...
