    As you can tell from the comments, it's really hard and people will always judge you. I started going out with my boyfriend when I was 22, he's 25 years older than me and has been married before. He has kids around my age. It IS weird and it isn't ideal for what I want in life. But I am an adult and I unexpectedly fell in love with another amazing adult. He didn't know me when I was a child so it isn't 'gross'. You just have to decide if you can make the sacrifices that go with it.

    Ooooooo you are just asking for some drama, most likely from his daughter. Ifind it creepy that some guys would date girls just about the smae age as their daughters. Maybe I am bigoted. Sorry I think its gross.

    seriously I am 53 my wife is 45, no problem. we have been married for 25 years!

    His daughter will only be a problem if he did not raise her properly!

    Fuck what anybody else says, as long as you are a consenting adult you may date / get married to whomever you please!

    ok first of I just wanted to say I was NEVER a party girl so the above comments do not concern me except for one. The one about him being an adult already when I was born, ok but to that I say in reality what is age? Some people never make it to adulthood so isn't age just a perception. SOOOO my question is about social perception. Why is it that this type of relationship is perceived odd? Some countries girls get married at age 12-13. So is it just us that think it weird..... Right?

    If youre done with partying and checking out other guys which i dont think you are considering your age, then go ahead. Personally i dont think its a good idea.
