Is it normal to give yourself urinary tract infection to enhance orgasm?

I have found when I have UTI that my urethra is extra sensitive and I can really feel the sperm squeezing through... I was wondering if it was normal to give yourself UTI on purpose (chopstick dipped in a little poop)
