When I was a teenager I dated girls just like every other guy I went to school with. I grew up in the 70's and 80's and nobody I knew talked about, much less admitted to being gay. None of the girls I dated were ever able to get me excited like I could get myself excited just by looking at my naked body in the mirror. I soon realized that women just weren't for me. I convinced myself when I was about 20 that I was gay even though I'm not really "attracted" to men, I just want their cocks in me. I don't know if it's just timing of when I grew up and the then taboo related to being gay or what, but I do know that coming out really gets me turned on.     I have only heard the term coming out in reference to telling someone or a group of people that you are (insert non-heterosexual sexuality here).

    I'm not sure if you are using it in that way.

      I interpreted as OP "coming out" to himself, which is often the most difficult part of the process
