Hello there!
This seems like something your doctor would be better qualified to help with, perhaps not strangers from IIN.
In the meantime, however, I'll give my best shot at a little advice.
When you ingest carbonated (fizzy) drinks, more gas and excess air is formulated, which can lead to indigestion (hiccupping and wind).
Sometimes, with wind, you may have pains in the left side of your chest.
This might be known as 'heartburn', and it's very common - but if you're worried, you could get checked out by a medical professionL - that's what they're there for, after all!
Good luck with your shoulder - please let me know how things pan out!

Ive been searching Google to see if I was the only one. After I drink pepsi my left shoulder starts to hurt but ibuprofen will take it away.
Well, this might not sound relative to the story at hand, but hear me out.
I had surgery to remove a cyst on my right ovary. They ended up taking the ovary, as well.
After I woke up, I didn't even notice the pain in my incision. All I noticed was this extreme pain in my left shoulder. It was awful! I complained to the doctor, and he said it was merely gas build-up from when they opened me up, and it would go away in a few hours.
And I know you're thinking, "Gas build-up from your abdomen to your shoulder? That's just plain stupid."
But it's true. And a classmate of mine had her gall bladder removed, and she said she went through the same thing.
So, it may just be gas build-up in your shoulder. After all, the drinks are carbonated.
Not sure if this helps, and maybe I'm not even in the ballpark, but it surely is a possibility.
