Ok so I'm a guy and I really like to crossdress. I have this Instagram account where I upload pictures of my outfits. They are called ootd (outfit of the day) accounts. Like many of the ootd girls on Instagram, I don't actually show my face in the pictures, which for me there is a really obvious reason.

Now when I get likes and comments on my pictures, it makes me really horny and I masterbate while looking at the pictured outfit and reading the comments.

Why does this turn me on so much, and do actual girls feel the same way when they get likes and comments?
