Is it normal to get light headed when aroused

I have this friend, who has feelings for me, but I only have sexual feelings for them. You know, the urge to kiss them, please them... Back onto topic. Whenever he makes references to sex or touches me in a jockingly matter, I tend to feel aroused. When that happens, my vision gets a bit off, and my ears feel like there's pins and needles inside them and I hear fuzzy for a couple of seconds. I'm not quite sure why this happens, but it's been happening for a while now. Is it normal? And should I see someone about it?
