Is it normal to get jealous when your partner is talking to the oposite sex?

So I went out last night with my boyfriend and and bunch of his mates, it was a really good night till a friend of a friend turn up and he started talking to her all night! Not only was he talking to her all night but he would come and talk to me then go straight over to her and wisper something which made me feel like he was whispering about me! He also got really upset (probaly cos of the drink) and wouldn't tell me why but then started wispering things to his friends! So all night I felt asif I had done something wrong! I'm hopping I was just being paranoid and stupid but I'm not sure? :(

I would have just started flirting up his best friend for attention and whispering things to him. Pay backs a bitch and would have made you feel better. Then the next day you would both laugh like nothing happened and it was silly

Awe, If he doesn't act this way often, I wouldn't worry too much about it. I bet if ever I were in your position I would probably feel a little jealous too. Try not to let your mind get ahead of you too much though. Maybe you were feeling a little too paranoid. You should be open and honest with him about it. You might be a little hesitant to ask him what he was whispering to her, because you probably don't want to cause tension, and make him think you're needy, and that's understandable. But if it bothers you that bad you should talk to him about it regardless. You probably should get it off your chest.

U have every right to know what happened.. If he feels like u don't have to know then u should make a point of marking ur territory and making sure he understands what relationships are about. If it was me I would have gone off!!!!
That, in my book, is the biggest NO NO.
